Much more than “just a cleaning!”, every STR turnover includes the following: Pre Clean (photos, inspection, walkthrough and damage / inventory management report); Turnover Cleaning (a thorough, complete house cleaning in record time! Full kitchen cleaning including dishes, appliances and restocking consumables; Full Bathroom cleaning including sanitizing tubs, showers, toilets, floors and more. All common rooms, bedrooms and additional areas like hallways, entryways & laundry rooms are dusted (both long and short dusting) wiped clean or sanitized, tidied up. Floors are always cleaned. Trash is removed. Beds made, sofas vacuumed or lint rolled.. all essentials Like soap, toilet paper and more are replenished. 


1. Business Credit Card: Provide a business credit card with authorization for quick and easy restocking.

2. Gift Cards: Use gift cards from Amazon, Target, and other retailers as an alternative.

3. Bulk Retailer Accounts: Add "The Dust Detail" and its agents as authorized users on your bulk retailer accounts like Kroger or Sam’s for seamless supply replenishment.

4. Cash or Peer-to-Peer Payments: You can also send cash or use peer-to-peer payment platforms, though this method is less convenient and requires more time.

Refrigerators: Must be emptied prior to the cleaning service beginning! If you are requesting that the exterior is cleaned including the condenser coils, unplug the appliance before cleaning begins; 


Cleaning Underneath and Around Refrigerator or Ovens: Please unplug the appliance and move it away from the wall or other objects surrounding it to clear away the area it was in  for thorough cleaning.  

Freezers: please clear out food and defrost the freezer the night before the booked service to allow a thorough and complete cleaning.


Dishwashers: must be emptied and not clogged or inoperable; the filter if any will be removed and cleaned, the interior racks and tracks are sanitized, the entire door is sanitized including any reservoirs; the sprayer arm is descaled and scrubbed, the walls are thoroughly scrubbed and rinsed; the cleaning is wrapped up by running an empty self clean cycle or a high temperature heavy duty cycle with commercial dishwasher cleaner or by filling the detergent reservoir with vinegar and baking soda . Allow door to slightly remain open after the cycle to encourage drying and discourage mold or mildew growth or formation of foul odors.
